Built in 1860, the cottage has been renovated and decorate to a high standard and provides superb holiday accommodation.

The spacious living room has exposed beams and a wood-burning stove in an attractive feature fireplace, while the well-equipped dining kitchen has slate flooring and a door to the pretty sun-trap courtyard garden, the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor landing with original floorboards and fireplace. The main bedroom has a 4 poster bed, oak flooring, original fireplace and ensuite bathroom with bath and hand held shower, basin & WC.

Also on this floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, basin & WC. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the attic bedroom with twin beds.

Gas central heating, wood-burning stove. Gas, electricity, logs, bed-linen and towels included in rent. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, colour TV, video DVD, CD system, telephone.

Limited street parking outside. Public car park 3 minutes walk (60p per day).
